Helped clients across Mobility, Hospitality, Tourism, and Construction develop human-centered strategies. Facilitated design sprints, product vision workshops, and led steering meetings for C-level stakeholders.
Led product discovery and customer journey mapping for Santander Brazil, ran A/B testing and experimentation for Guide Investimentos, and conducted user research focused on personas for OLX Brazil.
